We are an organization designed to help put an end to the opioid crisis and spread mental health awareness. We aim to create programs, and eventually a platform, that will push people to take an active role in supporting those with no support and creating habits together that will help those with mental health concerns improve their daily lives.

 

With the improvements we can make behind a common goal of building awareness that will shine light on the way people treat themselves and view themselves, we can shift the paradigm on the importance of strength from a mindset standpoint. This starts with the individual and the dynamic psychological routines we practice that can become real change; which influence the relationships we maintain in our lives. We believe making mental health "cool", as it's already becoming a buzzword and hot topic, will allow the general population to slowly plant the seed of its importance.

 

One of the ways we plan on achieving this is high quality, fun, relevant bite sized content that is relatable to everyday individuals. Who doesn't like funny Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok videos? Being a nonprofit we believe we have the leverage to build a global brand name that will give people an outlet and a source of information to express themselves but not be just another large corporation using the next big thing to gain massive profits, leaving people in the corner with no real results.
